Will take place in St Patrick's Worship and Recreation Centre, Church Road, Greystones on Wednesday 7th July 2010 at 8 p.m.

The exhibition will remain open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
until Sunday 11th July 2010 at 5 p.m.

Studio Hire in the Scalp

We have repeatedly been asked to organise painting facilities for the group. A studio with access to cottage style garden is available to hire in the Scalp, Kilternan.  The facilities are excellent with bright whitewashed walls, wood burning stove and kitchen. This setting seems ideal as apart from the indoor facilities, the garden and buildings would make good subjects for painting (weather permitting). The price is very reasonable and with a small subsidy from the group the cost per person is low. Each session would be for half a day.  (Easels not supplied). Knockrose website

Mobile Sculpture Workshop with Paul Flynn www.sculpt4all.com

Sculpt4all.com is on the move. The workshop can come to you. We are now offering mobile and fixed Sculpture Workshops.

The introduction to sculpture one day workshop will be in alginate mould making, plaster casting and concrete block carving so that at the end you should have a plaster sculpture and a carved aerated concrete sculpture. It starts 9.30am with an hour for lunch and will finish at 5pm. Bring a packed lunch.

Places are limited to a maximum of 12 per day and the fee is €60 plus €20 for materials. Book in advance to reserve a place. www.sculpt4all.com
